📋 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using PostDesi at postdesi.in or app.postdesi.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
PostDesi is a cloud-based social media automation platform that allows users to:
- Schedule and auto-publish posts on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram
- Generate AI-powered content and festival images
- Manage multiple social media accounts from one dashboard
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access to your account
- One person or business entity may not maintain more than one free account
4. Subscription Plans & Credits
PostDesi offers the following plans:

- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Unused credits do not carry over unless stated in your plan
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use PostDesi to:
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp/Meta Business Policies
- Publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or scrape our platform
- Resell or sublicense PostDesi services without written permission
- Use the AI image generation feature to create explicit or harmful content
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Meta Platform Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your usage of PostDesi complies with:
- Meta’s Terms of Service and Community Standards
- WhatsApp Business Policy
- Instagram Platform Policy
PostDesi is not liable for account bans or restrictions imposed by Meta on your business accounts due to policy violations.
7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- We are not responsible for API outages caused by Meta, OpenAI, or other third parties
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, code, and features of PostDesi are owned by PostDesi
- Content you create and publish through our platform remains your intellectual property
- By using our platform, you grant PostDesi a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for delivering our services
9. Limitation of Liability
PostDesi shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Delays or failures due to third-party API unavailability
- Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Are found to be fraudulent or abusive
- Remain inactive for more than 12 months

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata High Court, India.
